The originator of this story, art blogger, Lee Rosenbaum, came forward with recordings of an NEA phone conference with artists in which the NEA was directing artists to work in concert with the President to support his agendas and policies, in other words, the government was asking the artists to promote ObamaCare.  In response to this, the NEA claimed they did not call for the meeting or run it.  In this recent post on Big Hollywood, audio recordings capture NEA officials stating that “the corporation that set up the meeting was another  federal agency-

The question raised here is whether the Obama administration is creating Agit prop groups, Soviet style, or whether this is simply political fireballing.
